She called me a pataka on stage. It was like a dream come true. My dream would be fulfilled if I would get to do her biopic.

I will like to do a biopic on Bhagat Singh because he is my favourite. The way he fought for our country is amazing. If someday I get a chance to do a film or a TV show on him, I will definitely do it. If I had to do a biopic on a film star, it would obviously be Salman Khan or Akshay Kumar. Akshay is so dedicated to his work,  fitness,  family… everything is disciplined. Talking about Salman Khan, the way he has faced everything in his life and even after that he has achieved so much is not so easy. No one made Salman Khan, he made himself.

I would like to do a biopic on my dad, his name is Kedar Nath Pandey. He comes from a very small village Gonda which is in UP. By God’s grace, the way he has reached up to what he is today is amazing. He is a really established man and he has worked really very hard. He has a very interesting life story of how he used to go walking 9 kms every day to school and today he has opened a huge school where almost 3500 students study every day. He has provided a lot of facilities to the people staying in the village and he has done a lot of them.

I have always found Indira Gandhi and her life very enigmatic. She would be a really interesting character to play. She had strong leadership qualities, being the first woman Prime Minister of India...the responsibility that comes with it and the kind of scrutiny she must have gone through in performing a role which no woman had ever done in the country is enormous. She had big responsibilities and hopes riding on her shoulders. Many people have criticized her over the years and had their differences with her and her way of doing things, but that never stopped her from doing what she wanted to do.

I would like to work on the biopic of Savitribai Phule. She was an enterprising lady and encouraged women education and girl education. This is why I would love to do a biopic on Savitribai Phule, who was Jyotiba Phule's wife and my favourite Indian social activist. I would love to play that character.

I would like to do a biopic on an actor who has really struggled and faced a lot of hardships and reached the top. One such actor who comes to my mind is Pankaj Tripathi. He is a national award-winner and has struggled a lot. The way he has proved himself in this industry is fabulous. From the kind of background he comes from and the type of films he chooses and the way he acts, everything is so amazing.

If I had a choice I would like to do a biopic of a film star.  They say all that glitters is not gold. The only thing that we see from the outside world is that their life is so glamorous and so rich and lavish. They are famous and popular but I am sure inside they have a lot hidden behind their smiles. It would be nice to go deep down in their lives and see how they achieve so much success and what they go through. If I had to choose an actor, I would love to do it on Kareena Kapoor.

I would like to do a biopic on people who have always been winners and those who have struggled a lot. As Robin Hood is a very famous character and if we see in India there are many like him as well. Bhagat Singh died for our nation, Milkha Singh worked really hard to reach where he is now. I would love to do a biopic on such people.

Tinaa Dattaa 

I would Like to do a biopic on Kalpana Chawla as she was the second Indian person to fly in space. She spent 31 days in space which is a very brave thing to do as it is very difficult to survive even if we are home alone. So, staying there for so many days without family is a big deal. I would love to experience her life journey.

I want to do a biopic on Shashi Kapoor. He is known as the evergreen romantic hero and his career journey has been interesting. From Jab Jab Phool Khile to Kabhi Kabhi, he has done amazing work.

I would like to do a biopic on Heath Ledger because I think his life was very exciting. He died at the age of 29 after giving a performance which was Oscar-worthy. There has been drug abuse, struggles, fame, everything at a very young age. It will be a very interesting story to show on-screen
