Popular TV star-actor Sonakshi Batra is cast in a dynamic contrasting dual-role !  At home, Jagadhatri is overlooked, subdued, and unloved. But once she steps into her hidden avataar as a tough daring police officer Agent JD, she transforms into a fearless undercover officer; sharp, relentless, and unstoppable. Her mission is two-fold: to battle the world’s darkest crimes and to uncover the truth behind her mother’s mysterious death, reclaiming her identity in a home that never truly saw her.

 
Talented Sonakshi Batra, is supported by amazing actors Farman Haider ( as a male macho hot-shot cop)  and Sayantani Ghosh ( dynamic media-baron)  who front the show as the leads, starting 10th November, every day at 10 pm which is produced by Rahul Tewary. who was present on stage all-thru at the innovative media promotional event.

Since Sonakshi also plays a tough police officer, the Z TV Channel had specially invited few real-life lady police officers ( of 'Nirbhaya Squad')  who shared how they manage and balance their demanding duty-hours and attend to home family life..  The real-life brave lady police officers attached to the local police station appreciated the Jagadhatri show concept and the inspiring woman-empowerment content in the trailers-teasers and they were individually honoured on stage amidst audience,applause

Actress Sonakshi Batra told me that "she is super-excited to play this challenging role where she has to ride a heavy motor-bike, wear a ethnic nauvaari ( nine yards) ethnic Maharashtrian saree and execute action-fight scenes confronting the villains  " Generally its the male heroes who get the opportunity to bash up the villains while the scared heroine is watching from a distance.. Out here as a 'Mardani' super-cop I am taking the daring decision to face the villains and defend myself when they attack and I strongly believe in Maa Durga divine shakti," says Sonakshi  

"My multi-layered well-defined character brings alive this paradoxical journey, portraying a woman fragile in her family’s eyes yet formidable when she embraces her true self. Standing by her side is actor  Farman Haider as Shivay, Jagadhatri’s closest friend. Orphaned at a young age, Shivay masks his pain with charm and wit. Like her, he too has been overlooked, yet through her, he finds meaning. In a role reversal of strength, she becomes his liberator, helping him break free from his own walls. Together, in their secret missions, they become each other’s confidant, ally, and silent pillar of strength, proving that a woman’s fight becomes stronger when true allies walk beside her.
