“My father used to take my auditions so that I rehearse properly,” said Rabb Se Hai Dua’s Seerat Kapoor

Zee TV's Rabb Se Hai Dua with its differentiated narrative about a woman questioning her husband’s request for a second marriage made headlines all through its run. However, starting on 21st February, the show is set to take a 22-year leap and will now focus on the journey of Dua’s daughters - half-sisters Ibaadat (Haider and Ghazal’s daughter), and Mannat (Haider and Dua’s daughter) who are against the misuse of the law that allows polygamy by men. in this exciting new phase, popular actor Dheeraj Dhoopar alongside Yesha Rughani and Seerat Kapoor will be seen playing the pivotal roles of Subhaan, Ibaadat and Mannat, respectively.

Amidst the compelling storyline and intense scenes, Seerat finds her biggest support system in her family, with her father playing a pivotal role in her life. He has been Seerat’s pillar of strength and a driving force behind her journey in the world of entertainment. This support dates back to the time when Seerat was just 5 years old and took her first step into modeling, guided and motivated by her father. A trailblazer himself, her father made a courageous decision at the age of 40 to pursue his passion for acting, leaving behind a successful 20-year corporate career. This inspiring choice laid the foundation for Seerat and her brother to follow their dreams and embrace the world of acting. The Kapoor family's commitment to pursuing one's passions resonates deeply in their household, fostering an environment that nurtures creativity and ambition.

Seerat Kapoor said, "My father has been my guiding light. His decision to follow his passion at an age when most people settle into a routine has taught me the importance of pursuing one's dreams fearlessly. He not only supported my early endeavors in the industry but continues to be a source of inspiration in every aspect of my life. In fact, my father used to take my auditions so that I rehearse properly for the role; initially, I was a little shy to read my lines and act just in front of him, but then the process became comfortable. He is my friend, my biggest critic, and my inspiration. I am going to give my 100 percent and will do complete justice to my role and his support.”
