Pawan Kalyan & Sai Dharam Tej's 'Bro' Premieres on Zee Anmol Cinema

How much control we truly have over our lives? This question has often crossed our minds. Exploring the themes of self-discovery and redemption and bringing this idea to life, Zee Anmol Cinema presents the World Television Premiere of Bro on Wednesday, 2nd October at 7 PM. Directed by National award winning Samuthirakani, Bro features an exceptional cast led by uncle-nephew duo Pawan Kalyan, Sai Dharam Tej, along with Priya Prakash Varrier, and Ketika Sharma. 

With a dazzling presentation of morality and mortality, the film features an intriguing collaboration between Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej. Pawan Kalyan shines in supreme form, bringing his characteristic charm and swag to performances of some of the most loved songs. The film is padded with duets and special numbers, and its powerful performances, stunning visuals, and expressive soundtracks make it a compelling experience for audiences of all ages.

On the occasion of the World Television Premiere of Bro, Director Samuthirakani reflects,

“Out of the 15 films I’ve directed, I feel Bro stands out as my best work. The emotions, energy, and patience that went into putting this film together was unparalleled—it really got the best out of me. The portrayal of ‘Time’ in Bro is both captivating and entertaining - our aim was to get people to truly think - how much control do we really have on our lives? But through this all, I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to direct Pawan Kalyan. To be honest, I didn’t anticipate the way everything would fall into place once he came on board. His dedication was evident from the start, he joined the sets right away, and we wrapped his scenes in just 21 days. His sincerity and the real-life chemistry between him and Sai Dharam Tej significantly eased the process and infused the film with the humor it needed. Gradually, everything fell into place, and now we are excited for the World Television Premiere on Zee Anmol Cinema on October 2nd, Wednesday at 7 PM. It’s been an incredible journey."

Sai Dharam Tej said about the World Television Premiere of Bro by adding, "I had the opportunity to work alongside the person who inspired me to enter the film industry. I didn’t even need to hear the script before agreeing to the project. I approved it right away. It was great working alongside my Guru, mentor, and uncle. He is irreplaceable. As everyone knows, I met with an accident many years ago and so the concept of the film is very close to me - I faced something similar but my involvement in Bro wasn’t due to its personal relevance to my life. The lead in the film, Priya Prakash Varrier added, “Bro is all set to premiere on Zee Anmol Cinema, and I’m incredibly excited for it! I play Veena, a character who is both simple and homely, offering a fresh perspective from what audiences have seen before. The film follows an arrogant young man who, after a life-changing accident, is granted three months by the God of Time to right his wrongs and mend broken relationships. Will he overcome these challenges?
