Sheel Verma’s Pushpa-Inspired: Some roles challenge an actor’s craft, and Shemaroo Umang’s Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain gave Sheel Verma such an opportunity. In a gripping twist, Sheel’s character Jaiveer undergoes a bold transformation, taking inspiration from Allu Arjun’s fierce Kali Mata avatar in Pushpa 2. In a dramatic sequence, Jaiveer dons the divine look to save Chaina from her kidnappers, leaving the entire set awestruck.

Sheel expressed his excitement, saying, “When I learned I’d be portraying a look inspired by Pushpa 2 to save Chaina, I couldn’t wait to dive in. The character’s journey of channeling Goddess Kali’s strength to overcome obstacles was deeply powerful. The moment I saw myself in the mirror, fully dressed in this divine avatar, I was filled with goosebumps—it was surreal. The energy on set and the gravity of the role made me feel stronger and more connected to the story. Preparing for the Tandav sequence was both physically and emotionally demanding, but it was also one of the most thrilling parts of my career. I hope audiences feel that same intensity and passion in my performance.”
