As the argument escalated, Sodhi and Roshan stepped in, suggesting that the sacks might be debris from the ongoing renovations at Mr. Varma’s house. The discussion quickly shifted—why is the repair work taking so long? Who is moving in?
Determined to get answers, Bhide attempted to call Mr. Varma, but as usual, his phone was unreachable. With no other option, Bhide and Sodhi decided to visit the house and talk to the contractor directly—only to find the house locked and the contractor’s phone switched off.
