Jethalal arranged ₹25 lakh and successfully made the payment to Tony Company. In return, he received fresh stock, marking a partial resolution to his financial stress.

However, the ₹25 lakh mistakenly transferred to Tekchand’s account remains stuck. With Nekchand returning after completing his father’s final rites, Jethalal and Taarak decide to meet him and request the amount back.

To their shock, Nekchand denies any discussion about the money and claims his father had helped Jethalal with that sum. He accuses Jethalal of fabricating a story now that Tekchand is no more.

The confrontation escalates as Jethalal, furious at the false narrative, argues with Nekchand, who appears to have no intention of returning the money.
