Sony SAB’s ‘Wagle Ki Duniya - Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey’ follows the daily struggles and triumphs of the Wagle family. In recent episodes, Atharva (Sheehan Kapahi) becomes upset after discovering that their house help, Aasha Tai (Urmila Katkar), has lied about going on leave, only to find her working at other homes.
In the upcoming episodes, it is revealed that this was all part of Vandana’s (Pariva Pranati) plan to teach Atharva a valuable lesson. She had noticed Atharva's increasing reluctance to take up cleaning and how he had begun relying on their house help Aasha Tai for even the smallest of tasks. Lazy and always looking for shortcuts, Atharva’s entitled behavior doesn’t sit well with Vandana. To make him realize the importance of taking responsibility and doing his own chores, Vandana asks Aasha Tai to take a few days off, forcing Atharva to learn to be self-reliant for even the simplest tasks.
Will Atharva finally learn his lesson?
Pariva Pranati who plays the role of Vandana Wagle said, “As a mother, Vandana is always looking for ways to teach her children important life lessons, and this episode truly reflects that. Nowadays, we see many kids becoming increasingly dependent on either their mother or house help for even the simplest tasks. It’s something that a lot of parents struggle with in today’s generation. Through Vandana’s character, we wanted to show that sometimes stepping back and letting children face certain challenges is the best way for them to learn and grow. I think this storyline will resonate with many parents who are trying to instill responsibility in their kids.”
