The ongoing show Rabb Se Hai Dua produced by Prateek Sharma's ( Studio LSD) recently took a generational leap of 22 years and now it is focusing on the journey of Dua’s daughters Ibaadat and Mannat.
Yesha Rughani Delves into Role Prep for Ibaadat in Rabb Se Hai Dua
Yesha Rughani, who plays Ibaadat, loves being part of the show. She talks about the workshops they did to get into character, including learning Urdu, which she found interesting. In her last show, "Kabhi Kabhi Ittefaq Se," her role was similar to her real-life self, so she didn't need much prep. But for this new show, she's still learning a lot. It reminds her of her first show, where she also did workshops.
Talking about her character, Yesha says Ibaadat is a sweet girl who just wants love from her family, even though they're a bit distant. She does everything to win their love, especially from her sister. They're different but have to stick together through tough times. Yesha thinks people will enjoy watching their story.
Ibaadat wants to be just like her mom, Dua. Yesha says joining a show after a big time jump means there's already an audience who likes it, but it's also a big responsibility to keep entertaining them.
Yesha is excited to show the sisterly bond on screen. She loves playing this role because she has a sister in real life and they get along great.
