The last two seasons of DID Super Moms brought to the fore some amazing moms whose dancing skills beat even the young dancers, and after the overwhelming response to these seasons, Zee TV has recently launched its popular non-fiction The third edition of the show DID Super Moms has been launched.
Airing every Saturday and Sunday at 9 PM, the new season has a stellar panel of judges like Remo D'Souza, Bhagyashree Dasani and Urmila Matondkar guiding these talented moms along their journey and making their dance dreams come true. Helping them to complete it.
While the top 12 contestants have enthralled everyone with their captivating performances every week, this weekend the audience is going to enjoy a special episode where Janhvi Kapoor will grace the show as a special guest.
While all the super moms gave their best performance during the shoot, Riddhi Tiwari's scintillating performance on the song 'Yaaron Sun Lo Zara' caught everyone's attention. This talented contestant along with his choreographer Shyam dedicated his performance to Urmila Matondkar.
Not only this, the contestant also revealed how she is a true fan of Urmila Matondkar and would like to dance with Urmila on her popular track 'Rangeela Re'. While Urmila immediately agreed to dance with Riddhi on this song, she also invited Remo to the stage with her.
He revealed how he and Remo were a part of the original song, and though Remo was a background dancer at that time, he feels proud to see Remo's progress over the past 30 years.
Urmila said, “Many people don’t know why I have invited Remo with me on stage, but I would like to tell everyone here that 27 years ago he was with me in this song. At that time he was a background dancer and was in the early stages of his career.
I would like to say that I have seen him grow every day and today I would like to appreciate his journey in his own words - Now that's what I call a performance (Yeh Hui Na Asli Performance)."
Remo had also recently posted a reel, in which he included footage of the original 'Rangeela Re' song and attached it to the current studio setup, where both of them are seen recreating the steps of the song.
Elaborating on his post and his connection with Urmila Matondkar, Remo D'Souza said, “We always say that life is a circle and today I feel that the circle is complete. It is an honor for me to share the stage of DID with Urmila ma'am and it is a great pleasure to hear such kind words from her.
Recently I posted a video with Urmila ma'am and in this I captioned - I never dreamed of success, just worked hard for it and if I can do it, anyone can do it .''
