Ever Since the makers have announced the multi starrer movie "Jug Jugg Jeeyo", the movie always makes headlines for some reasons. The movie stars multi star cast which includes Actor Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Maniesh Paul and Youtuber Prajakta Kohli.

Firstly, this movie made headlines amidst Covid-19 Pandemic when during the shoot actresses Kiara Advani and Neetu Kapoor got Covid positive. Secondly it made headlines when the makers announced the first Song from the movie as "Nach Punjaban" and later Pakistani Singer and writer Abrar Ul Haq has blamed producer Karan Johar for copying the song into the movie.

Later the makers responded to this controversy and clarified that they have all the legal right to use this song in their film and Abrar-ul-Haq's allegations are totally defamatory and it is not acceptable.

Now the Third time, the movie has again landed into controversy, just before its release a copy infringement case has been filed against the film, writer from Ranchi has filed this case against the makers of the film.

As per the reports published in Tellychakkar, a writer named Mr Vishal Singh has filed a copy infringement case against Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, and Viacom 18. The writer has stated that the makers have used few parts of his movie "Punny Rani" in the film. Apart from that, he has also mentioned that the makers have not given any credit to him and demanded a Stay on the release of the film with a compensation of Rs 1.5 crore.

Now the case will move into the court, the court has ordered the makers to screen the film before the court prior to its release, Judge MC Jha will hear the arguments from both sides and decide whether the film violates the copyright Act or not.

Mr Singh has also raised his voice earlier on this issue, he tweeted several tweets through his official account along with screenshots and accused Dharma Productions to copy the story from his movie "Bunny Rani".

Well there's only 4 days left ahead before the release of the movie into the Big Screen and this controversy can surely affect the business of the film on Box Office, makers and starcast are also promoting their film in full swing.
