VARUN DHAWAN SLASHES HIS FEES HALF FOR SHOOJIT SIRCAR'S OCTOBER?

Varun Dhawan and co-star Banita Sandhu starrer October is the third venture of Shoojit Sircar and writer Juhi Chaturvedi after giving successful hits like Vicky Donor and Piku. According to Times of India, Varun Dhawan who gave hits such as Judwaa 2 and Badrinath Ki Dulhania has decided to cut off his fees by 50 percent for the film October. 

It is said that when Shoojit approached Varun with the script, he made it clear to the actor that it would be a small-budget movie, as his previous ones. Varun, who was impressed by the story, knew that he had to be a part of the project and agreed to cut down his fee for the director.

Varun understood that October needs to be made on the right budget to recover its cost. Since the movie had an expected budget of Rs 20 crore, the actor slashed his fee by 50 percent.
