As a kid, I used to be active in as many sports as I can. Recently I added boxing and weight training and I am absolutely loving the results.

The body seems to be upgrading to the needs. The diet is the main focus when one is involved in high intense fitness activity.

Or else it can go wrong quick. I am not a believer in the fad diets. I take a diet which is balanced and facilitates performance in all areas of life." Veronica is a star in the making and we wish her all the luck and love.
