Veteran actress Tabassum’s grand-daughter Karishma weds Huzaifa

Baby Tabassum, all of 74, looked as radiant as ever, at the wedding of her grand-daughter, Karishma aka Khoobi with Huzaifa at The Club, Andheri. Hoshang Govil and Hemali, the elated parents of the bride, played perfect hosts in an event which was a joyous one, replete with music, dance and merriment.

Jeetendra, Jackie Shroff, Ranjit, Sonu Nigam, Bappi Lahiri with wife Chitrani, Suresh Wadkar, Anandji Shah of Kalyanji-Anandji, Pyarelal of Laxmikant-Pyarelal, Sudesh Bhosale with wife Hema and daughter Shruti, Raju Shrivastava, Nitin Mukesh, Udit Narayan, Sunidhi Chaudhan, Dr.Aneel Kashi Murarka, Ashish Shelar, Asif Bhamla with daughter Saher, Alka Yagnik, Govind Namdev, Ameen Sayani with son Rajil, Ravi Behl, Naved Jafri, Ram Jawarani among other celebrities came in to wish the newly-weds.

The finale, however, was the cute interview that Tabassum had with the groom, helping him mouth poetry to his wife. Still, Baby Tabassum at 74... what next? “I would like to be the only working great grand-mother,” comes the quick retort.
