Viineet Kumar Joins The Cast Of Saand Ki Aankh !

All eyes are on Saand Ki Aankh ever since the makers announced the title of the Taapsee Pannu & Bhumi Pednekar starrer based on the world's oldest sharpshooters - Chandro & Prakashi Tomar !

The drama also starring Prakash Jha marks the directorial debut of acclaimed scriptwriter Tushar Hiranandani and is set in the hinterlands of UP .

As the film recently went on floors in Meerut , Viineet Kumar , who also starred in Anurag Kashyap's Mukkabaaz joined the starcast.

Excited with the development says producer Anurag Kashyap, " I have worked with Viineet for a long time but I never suggested him to Tushar. He saw Mukkabaaz and he said I want Viineet. And then he tested Viineet . I am very happy that Viineet is doing this and I am happier that Tushar picked him ."

Says Viineet Kumar , " So excited to join the starcast of Saand Ki Aankh . This is a story waiting to be told and I'm so happy to be a part of it as it unfolds on the big screen."
