Vikas Verma Drops 20KG for his next Film SANAK with Vidyut Jammwal

Actor Vikas Verma’s latest Bollywood film Coolie No. 1 along side Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan won many accolades in India and worldwide.

Perhaps, if you have watched the movie, you must have noticed how he risked his health to get the look right for his film where he played the big bad boy.

Consequently, The actor put on 20kgs for Coolie No.1 in barely few months “It was David Dhawan Ji’s brief to me that his villain has to look bulky and slightly huge to justify the character. I barely had a month to work my body, had to gain weight to look the part”

As a result, now Vikas has to drop all those extra kgs for his next film with Vidyut Jammwal titled “Sanak“. From his Instagram stories it seems like that actor has been hitting the gym to get in shape “My next is a full on action film and for that I have to look and feel fit to do all the action sequences. I have been regularly going to the gym, my trainer and my nutritionist have put me on a strict diet. Guess It will be healthy New Years for me”
