A little birdy informed us that Vikrant Massey, Radhika Apte & Shibani Dandekar are all set to breaking bending rules on 18^th December with House of Rascals. So, who are these rascals? B Town cannot wait to know more on what Rascals are going to do next.What is amusing is the fact that the PR guys of the project . instead of mentioning whether it is a film or a web series, have posed questions whether this is going to be a movie or a new web series,  Is this going to be Radhika Apte’s next superhit venture?, Is Shibani coming back after a long break?
