VISHAL BHARADWAJ CONFIRMS THAT DEEPIKA PADUKONE AND IRRFAN KHAN STARRER PUSHED BACK

Deepika Padukone and Irrfan Khan's next movie with Vishal Bharadwaj was scheduled to go on floors in the next week of March in Nepal. The duo was going to reunite together after their successful movie Piku. The Jodi of Irrfan and Deepika was appreciated by all as it had a breath of freshness to it. But it seems that the audience will have to wait a little more to see the duo together back on silver screens.

Vishal Bharadwaj took to his social media account and stated regarding the delay of the movie. He posted; “Pushing back film by a few months, @irrfank down with jaundice and @deepikapadukone with resurfaced back issue caused during Padmaavat. While prepping, was transported to Maqbool days. Stunning look tests, can’t wait to start shoot. Sending pyaar & duaaen to my Ustara and Afshan.”

The movie is about Sapna Didi who was once a terror for other gangsters. Deepika Padukone will be essaying the role of Sapna Didi in the movie.
