Vishwanath Sachdev And Jyothi Venkatesh Present At The Golden 50 Years Celebration Of Aashirwad

As Mumbai’s prestigious and reputed literary socio cultural organization Aashirwad celebrates 50 years, it gave awards to the government officials who work in the national language where State Bank of India, Union Bank, Central Bank, Bank of Maharashtra, Western Rly, Central Rly, India Mint, Nitie, Hindustan Petroleum, LIC, Indian Oil, Nuclear Power, Mazgoan Dock, New India Assurance, Nabard, Indian Geomagnetism, ECGC, CCI, GIC  were the recipient of Rajbhasha awards, Union Cabinet Minister of Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises. Arvind Sawant was the Chief Guest and honored them with Aashirwad Awards. Encouraging the profound work by these organizations, while giving away the awards he said that our constitution has various Indian languages but there needs to be one language of communication in the country and that is Hindi. In praise of Hindi, the Minister said that if there is no language, then there will be no culture on which we should behave. Nobody wants to impose Hindi. The diversity of languages in India is its beauty. Hindi is a language that expresses love, feeling and emotions. Besides, respect for all individuals and patriotism should be present in all. A panel discussion was held where interesting comments about promotion of Hindi language was emphasized.

The panelists were Veteran Journalist Vishvanath Sachdev, Senior Journalist Jyothi Venkatesh, Sanjeev Nigam, Actor Vishnu Sharma, Advocate Anjani Singhetc who  expressed their views on the subject Hindi ka Saath, Hindi ka Vikas aur Hindi par Vishwas. Aashirwad Ratna Awards were given to LIC Executive Director Kiran Sehdev. Prominent personalities like Quaiser Khalid, IG, Maharashtra Police, literati Dr Suryabala,  Chetan Sashital, popular Voice Actor, Abuzaar Zakir, Trustee Saifee Hospital & veterans from literary field also attended this grand event where Aashriwad’s Director Dr Umakant Bajpai’s book of short stories JAI RAM JI KI was released. Inhouse Magazines were also awarded. Nita Bajpayee and Dr Srimali compered the Award function.
