Marathi film 'Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey', which highlights a new definition of friendship, is all set to hit the cinemas. The film, which has been in limelight since the muhurat till its teaser release attempts to explore new aspects of friendship - Jyothi Venkatesh

In the movie, along with the two friends it also has four glamorous women. Who are they? Fans are eager to know about them. Debutants Karan Parab and Kunal Shukla will be seen in lead roles in 'Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey', which tells a unique story of friendship.

The duo's friendship has been graced by the charm of Mugdha Chaphekar, Hemal Ingle, Aayushi Bhave and Sana Prabhu. All these four have made their mark in the entertainment world as well as in beauty pageants. Mugdha, who is from Mumbai, has done a lot of work on television.

For the Marathi film 'The Silence', she won the Maharashtra Government Award for her debut. Princess Sanyogita played by Mugdha in the popular serial 'Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj' was highly appreciated. Even today she is active on television.

Hemal Ingle, who hails from Kolhapur, has succeeded in creating her own fan base within a short span of time. Hemal has shone in various beauty pageants. She appeared in the Hindi web series '1962' directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. Her central role in the popular TV show 'Vidrohi' was also well received.

Originally from Ratnagiri, Sana Prabhu is currently pursuing 'Mass Media and Communications' at UPG College, Mumbai. She was a finalist in the 'Miss Pune' beauty pageant held in 2018. Sana, who is an excellent dancer, is making her silver screen entry with the film ‘'Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey'.

Ayushi Bhave, who has been working in the film industry as a professional dancer for the past seven years, has worked with many famous choreographers like Farah Khan, Geeta Kapoor and Prabhu Deva.

Ayushi, who excelled in dance, was the winner of 'Shravan Queen' in 2018, a platform for beauty, intelligence and confidence. Like Sana, ‘Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey’ is also Ayushi's debut Marathi film.

Even though the four girls have been revealed in their recently released teaser, the exact roles of Mugdha, Hemal, Sana and Aayushi are still under wraps. What exactly would these four be doing in the story of two friends is something the viewers are curious to know.

Vihan Suryavanshi has written this film along with Karthik Krishnan. Santosh Reddy is the cinematographer. The lyrics penned by Jai Atre have been given a melodious edge by renowned Malayalam composer Shaan Rahman and Bollywood Music Composer turned Producer Mannan Shaah. Mujeeb Majeed has given the background score and the sound design is done by National award winner Mahavir Sabannawar.

The costumes are done by Vihan Suryavanshi and Sagar Tirlotkar and the makeup is done by Mahesh Barate. Choreography is by Stanley D'Costa, Vihan Suryavanshi and Santosh Reddy. The casting is by Rohan Mapuskar.

Malvika Shah is the head of production of the film while Prashant Bidkar has done the production design. Mannan Shaah has produced 'Roop Nagar Ke Cheetey' under the banner of Ace Entertainment. Directed by Vihan Suryavanshi, the film will release on September 16 in cinemas nationwide through AA Films.
