What are you going to address in the press conference to be held by Sheezan’s family?

Sheezan’s family will be speaking in the press meet-sister and his mother will address the allegations levied on their family. Whatever evidence they have they will reveal it in the presence of the media.

There has been no inquiry about her step father aka boyfriend of her mother. This angle has not been taken into consideration yet. Firstly, why has no statement taken on this angle? Secondly, Tunisha was more comfortable with Sheezan’s family and was more involved with them. She was more involved with them because she was not getting enough love and involvement with her own family. Her last birthday was celebrated before her father’s death. After the death of her father she was not getting enough love from her own family.

What will all this prove?

This is proof enough that because of having no involvement with her family she was deprived of love and thus went into depression. She was being treated for depression and panic attacks even before she got involved with Sheezan.

What is the proof about her being a depressionpatient?

Her doctors have given their statements. She was getting panic attacks, recently she suffered these attacks twice which was treated. This incident happened in 2020.

Where was she being treated from?

Tunisha was being treated by doctors from Chandigarh.She was undergoing depression for some time and in between Sheeshaan decided to break up. After their break up she was dealing with everything lonely. If someone was with her at this crucial time this incident would have not occurred are aware of the fact that those who suffer from OCD and depression, should never be left alone.

What do you have to say about the statements at the moment given by her mother and mama?

Yesterday, they blamed Sheezans’ family for her going into depression after break up which is not true.Pawan Sharma who is her manager and not blood related; he is her mother’s rakhi brother.Pawan Sharma is taking this in a very different angle. During a conversation with a channel both her mother and mama could not answer the queries thrown at them. They were diverting it making it religious conversion, which is untrue; the pictures shown are from the episodes of Ali Baba Dastan E Kabul.

Why are they trying to divert it in connection to religion?

It’s all because of the trending situations as some politicians have spoken about the love Jihad angle. However, on the very first day police had refused to take this love jihad angle into consideration.

Who is Sheezan’s secret girlfriend?

There is no secret girlfriend of Shezan.She was just a friend and Police authority has noted it and seen it.However they have not found it objectionable. This secret girlfriend is his ex-girlfriend. In the remand report it's simply mentioned that some messages are deleted. That's it.Probably, that girl has been called and her statement has been recorded.

Why did Sheezan decide to break up?

The reason is related to Tunisha’s family; they were not in favor of their marriage. After knowing that Tunisha was suffering from depression and also suffers from Panic attacks.

Will Sheezan get bail on Monday? How many days will it take to file a bail application?

His bail application has yet not been applied. Only after we receive the documents will we file it in the session’s court and police will submit their record handed over by the Public Prosecutor. We will start the bail procedure by next week. We will apply for bail before the charge-sheet is submitted. Because it takes about 90 days.After we received the certified copy of the remand we shall go ahead.

Has he cooperated with the police authorities?

Sheezan has cooperated wholly with the police authorities. Police have taken remand four times and they have looked into every minute details. However, they have not got any evidence to make him the accused. We as the lawyers also extended our consent in the first and second remand. When there were rumors of  slapping her and the police wanted a third remand we extended one day consent for that as well.

Many people from the set have also given their statement about Sheezan’s rude behavior?

Police have taken everyone’s statement from the set but yet it has not been revealed. Media has written this. Media has also written that we have applied for bail. We will soon be filing an application to stop the media trial.

What happened in 15 minutes after having food together that she took this drastic step?

It is yet not clear if they both had lunch together. He was called to attend the shoot when they were sitting together hence left from the room. When Tunisha was called for the take she didn’t open the door and this incident of her suicidal death came to light. He informed us, we discussed normal things.

Who is the step father aka BF?

Someone else from Chandigarh is her mother’s BF aka step farther. I think his name is something ....Kaushal who belongs from Chandigarh. I don’t know his exact name.Tunisha had shared about their relationship with Sheezan’s family. I think as a boyfriend probably he is sharing the role of a step father. He has a daughter who runs a cake shop.
