Senior Advocate Sandeep Sethi, representing Aishwarya, emphasized that these images are unreal and that no one has the right to exploit her likeness for financial gain or inappropriate purposes

The matter has been scheduled for further hearings before the Joint Registrar on November 7 and in court on January 15, 2026
