Mukul Dev Passes Away at 54: ‘Son of Sardaar’ Actor Remembered Fondly by Vindu Dara Singh and Friends

Veteran actor Mukul Dev has passed away at the age of 54 He was known for his versatile performances in Hindi, Punjabi, South Indian films, and television.

Mukul had been unwell and was receiving treatment in the ICU before his demise His death was confirmed by his close friend, actor Vindu Dara Singh.

Mukul is survived by his brother, actor Rahul Dev Vindu shared that Mukul became withdrawn after his parents' deaths, which affected his social interactions and health.

Mukul Dev began his acting career in 1996 with the TV series "Mumkin," and his Bollywood debut was in "Dastak" alongside Sushmita Sen

His notable film appearances include roles in "Yamla Pagla Deewana," "Son of Sardaar," "R.. Rajkumar," and "Jai Ho." Mukul worked across multiple Indian film industries, showcasing his wide-ranging talent.

Mukul was educated at St Columba’s School in Delhi and held a certificate in aeronautics from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Aviation.
