Veteran Actor Jeetendra Sells ₹855 Cr Land to NTT Global for Data Center Deal

Veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family have sold a significant plot of land in Andheri, Mumbai, to NTT Global Data Centers & Cloud Infrastructure for an impressive sum of ₹855 crore

The transaction was finalized in May 2025 through two family-owned firms, Pantheon Buildcon and Tushar Infra Developers, and has been widely discussed on social media

The land, spanning 9,66468 square meters, currently houses Balaji IT Park, which includes three constructed buildings.

Documents reveal that while the market value of the land is ₹72926 crore, the sale involved a stamp duty of approximately ₹8.69 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000.

Located in the bustling Andheri area of Mumbai, the land has been acquired by NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, a company known for offering a range of technology services
