Weddings Unveiled at Renaissance Mumbai

Weddings Unveiled witnessed a euphoria of activities where fashion, dance and glamour took centerstage. This unique event exhibited a platform that explored a bouquet of wedding elements that almost always come together to ensure the bride and groom have a perfect day for their eternal union during their shaadi.

Renaissance Mumbai, a favoured destination for larger than life weddings, hosted the event which showcased beautifully curated experience zones by top wedding decorators, fashion designers and jewellery brands, recreating magical wedding scenes giving the event a never-seen-before picturesque backdrop.

A day filled with a flurry of activities like master classes from experts in the wedding industry concluded with a breath-taking showcase of dazzling creations by bridal couturier Neeta Lulla and jewellery by Sajni, coupled with a medley of mesmerising on-stage performances by Terrance Lewis and his contemporary dance troupe along with sassy models who danced their hearts out as thery were being superbly choreographed by talented Shakir Shaikh. It was nothing less in flamboyance than a big fat Indian wedding and had all the elements. General Manager of Renaissance Mumbai, Mr. Nicholas Dumbell played host to some eminent personalities and experts as the event saw the red carpet rolled out with stunning showstopper Pooja Hegde and celebrated personalities like Simran Kaur Mundi, Vikram Bawa, Madhura Naik, Soundarya Sharma, Elena Fernandes, Kareem Morani, Gayatri Bharadwaj, Anukreethy Vas, Roshni Sheoran, Nehal Chudasama, Poonam Soni, Vickey Idnani, Tina Singh, Palak & Sameer Seth, Dipankar Zalpuri, Sandhya Shetty, Ragini Dwivedi, Lavina Israni, Kadambari Lakhani, Manpreet Toor, Sunny Cheema, Deepti Gujral, Candice Pinto, Pooja Vaidya, Jaspal Kaur Chana, influencer Scarlett M. Rose, Eijaz Khan and many more. Celebrity host Nitinn Miranni kept the audience engaged with his quick wit and comic banter. YouMe&We Xperiences crafted and curated the event.

The grand installations displayed the calibre of Renaissance Mumbai and the expertise of the decor partners in creating an indulgent ambiance. Vidhi Mandap by The Wedding House displayed the bridal collection by ace designer Neeta Lulla. Followed by a tailor-made experience zone by National Decorators ahead of which was the unique Mannequinn Bridal Baraar which depicted baraatis with a bride in a doli going towards the mandap carefully curated by YouMe&We Media and Styled by celebrity stylist Esha Amin adorning the best of the season with designers Dolly J, Ritika Mirchandani, Nitesh Singh Chauhan along with jewellery by Joolry. For the Summer Bride decor set, the fashion was curated by Shubika of Papa Don’t Preach label while the fresh floral decor in serene shades of white, pink and peach by DreamzKrraft Wedding. The Haldi & Mehndi function décor was conceived by Synergy Events and was aptly coordinated by a fashion installation by designer duo, Riddhi and Siddhi Mapxencars. The magical Cocktail & Sangeet experience zone by The Bombay Decorators provided for a picturesque selfie zone with the ethereal creations by designers Swapnil Shinde and Aasif Merchant in the forefront. The installation zones were sprinkled with sparkling jewellery installation exhibited by the supreme jewellery brand Om Jewellers, and Jhoomer Jewels. Celebrity photographer, Vickram Singh Bawa shared his expertise on mastering the lens!

Weddings Unveiled presented the best in beauty with the trendiest and in-vogue beauty trends by Jean Claude Bigune Paris Salon & Spa and INGLOT. The sweet, floral air fragrance was customised for the occasion by Wisdom Bespoke Fine Fragrances for the Powai Ballroom. Wellbeing experience was curated by VLCC and Soulflower, wedding photography solutions by Snowmasters and Israni Photography, wedding cards by Iktaara and gifting solutions by The Official Gift Co., along with Paintings and Memories by La-Artisan.
