When Fans Take Selfies, It Makes Me Feel Special, Says Arun Mandola

Arun Mandola has a big fan following with fans showering him with love. The actor says that if you work hard, your fans really make you a star. However, he adds that, if you don’t, your fans can also stall your career. “When you work hard, they will make you into the biggest star. They will appreciate you and they will love you like anything. But when you become over smart and don't take your job seriously, they will break you,” he says.The actor still remembers his first fan experience. “I have had fan experiences many times but I remember when I went to Delhi for an event for the first time, I literally was tired giving selfies. I got so much of love. Physically, I was tired but mentally I was very happy and was feeling overwhelmed. I tried to please my fans as much I can. It was even a little embarrassing and funny when few people did not know who I am and still they were taking selfies just because other people talking selfies!” he says. Many actors get uncomfortable when asked for selfies, but Arun is not one of them. “I am comfortable in taking selfies with my fans because whatever we are, we are just because of them. When they take selfies, it makes me feel very special,” he says, adding, “Luckily I never faced a situation where any of my fans would have irritated me. I love my fans and I respect them but sometimes it’s difficult to reply to everyone on social media.”
