The coming weekend will see the cast of Badhai Ho - Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and director of the movie Amit Sharma reminisce their shooting days and share inside moments of their shoot time on Sony Entertainment Television’s comedy show, The Kapil Sharma Show. To add more to the evening, ace singer Guru Randhawa will be seen making the evening musical with his famous songs. While interacting with the cast, Kapil turned to Neena Gupta and asked her about her knowledge in Sanskrit and her blunt nature.
To which, Neena revealed that Sanskrit really helped her at every step in her career. She had once done a Sanskrit move and went on to win a National Award. She was proud enough to say that the credit for her motivation to learn the language goes to her mother who used to say, “No learning goes waste in life, some way or the other, it comes into use.”
On the other hand when Kapil asked Neena Gupta if she has gained enough or lost a lot because of her blunt nature she was quick to say that it was always a loss. But at the same time, this is how she. She can learn but cannot change. Adding to this, Archana Puran Singh shared that post Neena Gupta’s tweet about her profession and job requirement, she received a lot of calls from the media to gather her view and she told them that, “This is Neena Gupta. She is honest and full of guts.”
Neena added that although she tweeted out of frustration but post her tweet, she got a lot of work an bagged movies like , ‘Badhai Ho!’, ‘The Last Color’ and many other projects. However, she was scared of her daughter’s reaction but was soon relieved to read her daughter’s comment on the post and even cried a little to receive positive encouragement from her daughter. Archana called it a master-stroke.
