Aryan Khan has been in constant headlines after being caught in the Drugs Cruise Case in the year 2021. Recently, Aryan Khan has got a clean chit from the Bombay High Court in the drugs case.

Let us tell you that, When Aryan Khan was arrested in the drugs case the NCB confiscated Aryan's passport and now Aryan has approached the NDPS Court to get his passport back. Aryan Khan has filed a petition in the NDPS Court to withdraw his passport from NCB.

Hearing this petition, on June 30 the court ordered NCB to file its reply in this matter. The NDPS Court has fixed July 13 for hearing the matter along with directing the NCB to file its reply. Through his lawyers, Aryan Khan had filed an application in the Special Court and demanded withdrawal of the passport citing the chargesheet.

Let us tell you that twenty-four-year-old Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB in the year 2021 after a raid on a cruise ship going to Goa off the coast of Mumbai. Aryan Khan's passport was confiscated by the NCB due to the terms of the bail conditions. He was banned from traveling to Mumbai or outside the country.

Even after getting bail, Aryan Khan had to go to the NCB office every week for a few months to attend. But NCB did not name Aryan as an accused in the chargesheet filed in May this year, after which on June 30 , Aryan filed a petition for return of passport through his lawyers in the Special Court.
