The previous name that was associated with the making of this film was Tigmanshu Dhulia. Now the news is coming that the film 'Dabangg 4' will be delayed a bit more because the script narrated by Tigmanshu Dhulia to Salman Khan has been rejected by Salman. The script was not good and Salman's stupidity - which he says bluntly, is being considered the reason for the film's delay.

After the success of 'Dabangg', 'Dabangg 2' and 'Dabangg 3' have also been successful films and now the discussion is going on for 'Dabangg 4'. Tigmanshu Dhulia's name was finalized among all the names that came up for the making of 'Dabangg 4'. Tigmanshu who has earlier given films like 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster' and 'Paan Singh Tomar' started working on 'Dabangg 4' with the condition that he will direct the film as well. The point to be mentioned here is that the first 'Dabangg' was directed by Anurag Kashyap's brother Abhinav Kashyap and Anurag Kashyap's name also appeared in the proposed list of makers to make 'Dabangg 4'.
