Will Sushmita Sen marry Lalit Modi?

Famous businessman Lalit Modi shared some pictures with actress Sushmita Sen on his social media account, revealing that the two are dating. However, there are some pictures in the shared post which prove that both have been good friends of each other for years.

Let us tell you that according to the report of "Mumbai Mirror", both were spotted together in Italy in 2010. They were spotted in Florence and then in a boutique in Rome, after which they were also seen together in a piazza. Although the post shared by Lalit does not include any pictures of that trip, it only include pictures of him and Sushmita at IPL-related events over the years.

On July 14, Lalit Modi shared the post on his Twitter and Instagram and told that he is dating Sushmita. He called her his 'better half' and said that he is ready to start a new chapter in his life. In a tweet, he clarified that the two are dating now, but he intends to tie the knot with Sushmita soon.

Meanwhile, Sushmita's brother has told both ETimes and India Today that he had no idea that his sister was dating Lalit Modi, and he would talk to her about it soon. He said that he does not want to say anything about this until Sushmita herself confirms this relationship, which she has not done yet.

In fact amidst this news, an old tweet of Lalit from 2013 has also surfaced online. In the tweet, Lalit Kumar Modi has asked Sushmita to reply to her 'SMS' and this has apparently started a meme-fest on social media.

Sushmita had previously dated model Rohman Shawl, from whom she broke up in 2021. They are both good friends now, and were spotted together just a few weeks back. She announced their breakup in a 2021 Instagram post, writing that they are on cordial terms with each other.
