With Badhaai Ho, Ayushmann Khurrana hopes to cement his position as the King of Quirks !

Ayushmann Khurrana, has often been associated with films dealing with taboo subjects, be it sperm donation (Vicky Donor) or erectile dysfunction (Shubh Mangal Saavdhan) . With Badhaai Ho, the actor takes on another quirky subject told in the most entertaining fashion as the family comedy promises to be an eye opener and have audiences laughing off their seats.

Says Ayushmann, “I want to be called the King of Quirks (laughs!). Every year, I should star in a film which breaks taboos and is quirky.” Talking about the film he adds , “I know people who have been through this experience. One of my closest friends, who is my age (34 years), has parents who are 80 years old. Badhaai Ho is a laugh-out-loud comedy and I said ‘yes’ to the film the moment the narration came to an end.”

Junglee Pictures presents Badhaai Ho in association with Chrome Pictures. Produced by Vineet Jain, Aleya Sen, Hemant Bhandari and Amit Ravindernath Sharma, the film is co-produced by Priti Shahani. The film releases 19th October 2018.
