Woman accuses actor Karanvir Bohra of cheating, says he threatened her to Kill

Karanvir Bohra, who became TV's most popular actor from the serial 'Qubool Hai' is embroiled in a big controversy, the actor has been booked for fraud. A case has been registered at Mumbai's Oshiwara police station against 6 people including actor Karanvir Bohra for allegedly duping a 40-year-old woman of Rs 1.99 crore.

As per an ANI report, a 40-year-old woman has claimed at Oshiwara police station that the actor had borrowed Rs 1.99 crore from her and promised to return the money with 2.5% interest but the actor gave her only Rs 1 CR Only.

The tweet shared by ANI wrote, Maharashtra | Case registered against 6 people including actor Manoj Bohra alias Karanvir Bohra for allegedly cheating a 40-year-old woman of Rs 1.99 crores after promising to return it at 2.5% interest; woman claimed that only an amount of over Rs 1cr was returned: Oshiwara PS.

The woman reportedly said in her statement to the police that when they asked her for the outstanding money, Karanvir Bohra and his wife Tajinder Sidhu alias Teeje Sidhu did not respond properly.

ANI further tweeted that, "The woman also claimed that when she asked for the amount, Bohra & his wife Tajinder Sidhu did not respond properly & threatened to shoot her. Police have started an investigation & will soon record their statements: Oshiwara Police Station."

However, on the complaint of the woman, the police has filed a case against all the accused and has started a serious investigation into the matter and soon the actor committee will record the statements of other 5 people.

Let us tell you tha Karanvir Bohra, who was last seen in the reality show 'Lock Up' , revealed himself to be in huge debt on the show. He said that there are some cases registered against him as he has not been able to repay the loans of 3-4 people.

He revealed that his career has not been going well for the last seven years. He had also told how many people have stabbed and cheated him in the back, causing him a loss of crores of rupees. He had further added , "From 2015 till now , whatever work he has done or does he does only to pay back the money or pay off his debts."
