‘Would love to be a ‘ bouncer’ for a day, for Hrithik Roshan and Vicky K’, quips ‘hot-star’ Tamannaah Bhatia at Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Babli Bouncer’ trailer launch

Southside Telugu and Tamil mega-star charismatic beauty Tamannaah Bhatia (of ‘Baahubali’ fame) seemed super-excited for her upcoming OTT movie ‘Babli Bouncer’ - Chaitanya Padukone

The action-packed emotional musical movie is directed by the multiple National Award-winning director Madhur Bhandarkar. The film is a delightful, fun family entertainer, starring the youth icon Tamannaah as a pretty-tough bold, brave yet bubbly ‘lady bouncer’.

The makers unveiled the trailer and the mega-hit Baahubali stunning actress ( she played the skilled warrior Avantika ) has left everyone stunned with her new avatar.

Known for his hard-hitting landmark woman-centric films ( like ‘ Chandni Bar’ to ‘Indu Sarkar’) content-driven director Madhur Bhandarkar’s super-hit trailer was uploaded on DisneyPlus Hotstar’s Youtube channel.

The trailer of ‘woman-empowerment’ movie ‘Babli Bouncer’ sees the story of village Fatehpur, Beri, which is known as the village of bouncers. Almost every male villager is conscious of having a toned, toned muscular body, Among them is a young female bouncer who lifts heavier than men, has hardly any tender-gender female characteristics, defies gender stereotypes, and keeps you smiling with her quirky witty one-liners ethnic humour.

The trailer also sees the actress in power-packed fighting scenes, justifying her tag as ‘Desi Pehelwaan’. Tantalizing Tamannaah dazzles in the trailer in a never-seen-before avataar, displaying her ‘dhaakad side and looking extremely charming yet tough.

During the trailer launch, while interacting with the media, the ;Yeh Chaand Sa Roshan Chehra, and Himmatwala actress openly confided that if she was given a chance to be a bouncer for someone for the glamour galore, on her ‘wish-list’ she would wear the bouncer-outfit and be with Hrithik Roshan and also Vicky Kaushal maybe for a day... The most special thing while shooting for 'Babli Bouncer' ( a ‘Hariyanvi Jat’ girl ) was that while we were busy shooting a film, we were also creating and living a parallel real life which was filled with goodness, positivity, and people who were supportive and idealistic.

This energy helped me translate my emotions on screen. Madhur (Bhandarkar) sir really makes my belief of "temperament over talent" stronger because for me talent isn't sustainable if the temperament is not right".
