After the massive success of Beyhadh, lead actor Kushal Tandon has been flooded with offers that span across all media platforms. Now it seems that Kushal has finally made his choice and the actor has said yes to a new we-series for Ekta Kapoor's digital venture Alt Balaji.
The actor who'll be making his digital debut soon himself confirmed the news in an interview with TOI and said, "Ever since it was announced that Beyhadh is going off air, I have been getting a lot of offers for everything—movies, serials and web series. All I want to do is the best. So finally, I have said yes to a 20-episode web series produced by Ekta Kapoor. I can't discuss the concept as of now, but just like my previous two shows, this too will be different."
The web-series is tentatively titled Kapoors and the story revolves around family ties, love, business, and relationships. While Bigg Boss fame actor Kushal has been signed by the makers to play the lead character, other cast members for the show have not been finalized yet. Rumours suggest that Kapoors will be more or less be on the lines of the Bollywood film Dil Dhadakne Do.
Like other ventures by Ekta Kapoor, her digital platform Alt Balaji has also gained huge popularity and big names from television such as Ronit Roy, Sakshi Tanwar, Mona Singh, Ram Kapoor and Rajeev Khandelwal have already been a part of shows on the platform.
