Yet another award for Faruk Kabir for 377 Abnormal

It’s not long ago this year that the film “KHUDA HAAFIZ” became one of the most watched films of 2020 with rating agencies like Neilsens, BARC and Ormax all unanimously rating it so. And now, the director FARUK KABIR has won another laurel for his acclaimed n Multi award winning film “377 Ab-Normal”. Jyothi Venkatesh

The film has now also won the Best Web Film award in the first edition of the Hitlist Web Awards. Sharing how he feels about winning yet another award for his film, Faruk says, “I feel blessed to receive this Award for 377 AbNormal. I’m very proud of this heartfelt film. Making a multi-plot narrative is one of the most difficult genres to attempt.

The ZEE5 Original film was inspired by true events and revolves around petitioners who challenged Section 377 to decriminalize homosexuality in India
