He is loving the response so far! “Talking about Khuda Badal Diya, I am so happy that everyone loves the song. It has already crossed 70 lakh views in just 3 days. It's already trending on YouTube and even in Instagram reels,” he says. Talking about working with Rohit Khandelwal and Surbhi Jyoti, he says, “The day I heard this song and when I was working on the creatives, the first person that came in my mind was Surbhi Jyoti. I was clear in my head that this character and these kinds of emotions are totally apt for her to play. I already saw her work in the past so there was no second thought. I would say she nailed it. She did an excellent job. She is a one-take artist. The backstory about this song is that I shot the entire song in just 10 hours in Mumbai itself, on Madh Island. Talking about Rohit Khandelwal, I have known him for a long time and he is a very good friend. When I made the concept for the male lead character I was so sure about Rohit Khandelwal and he did a very good job.” Shooting the song was a lot of fun, says Saurabh, adding, “The ambiance of the set was so chilled out and fun, although we were shooting very intense scenes. The story is still incomplete. So yes, part 2 will also come soon and I can't wait to shoot that with these guys. I had a wonderful experience working with them.” He adds, “I also want to give a big shout-out to Sumit Bhalla, the singer. I just love his voice and the way he has sung this number, the pain, and the emotions in his voice, it's amazing. We all fell in love with the song and his voice.” Music videos have always been a favorite with Saurabh. “I love to do storytelling songs where we talk about real emotions and feelings which everyone goes through but they can't express in front of everyone. It's part of life we all go through. It's just a blessing being an artist and getting a chance to showcase these emotions on screen. People are connecting to this song and I am getting so much love from everywhere,” he says. #Saurabh Prajapati #Youngest choreographer-director Related Articles Advertisment Latest Stories Read the Next Article
