Zarir Meherji Brings Together Diverse Industries at FHHC's Play date

Fun activities often motivate the team. Going by this idea Florian Hurel Hair Couture recently organized a play date for another business i.e FloFitBox. Entrepreneur Zarir Meherji, who is the director at L’atelier Artist Management, Managing Director at FloFitBox Mumbai, Founder of Florian Hurel Academy and Director and CEO of Florian Hurel Hair Couture, shares about the activity.

“A play-date is another word for social gathering which we have derived post the successful launch event which happened at FHHC (Florian Hurel Hair Couture). The idea of the play date was to have different industries come together, to de-stress and moreover share the feeling of togetherness (which we lack in the modern era). Herein we offered every FloFitBox Member the best of services at FHHC and which also helped them unwind over a great round of cocktails and scrumptious brunch,” he says.

Motivation is important for everyone. “We have seen an era where people used to put each other down to climb up the ladder. But of late, we see the same people who have been doing that for years are going down the drain. However motivation plays an important role in one’s growth or even for a company / sector’s growth. Motivation in short drives productivity which again converts to efficiency and growth of one and all,” he adds.

About the responses he has been getting around the salon, Zarir says, “It has been great and we have hit the target by getting firstly the right team in place and followed by the right segment audience as clientele (smiles).”

So what is the next step for the salon? “The salon has many plans which we would be unlocking over the months to come. Can’t reveal them now,” he ends.
