This Eid was something different! Despite Eid lover Salman Khan not having any new films in the theatres, there has been no reduction in the Eid-sweetness of his fans. It has been a week of festivals in India. Ramadan, Guddi Padwa, Navratri, Eid, and the festival of Ram Navami are coming just four days later! In this fortnight of curiosity, familiarity, and worship, if cinema is also discussed, it matters. Of course, the festival of Eid becomes more prosperous for cinema if a new film by Salman Bhaijaan hits the theatres. This was not the case on Eid this time, despite this, the increasing number of spectators at the cinema houses has brought a smile to the faces of the filmmakers. 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' i.e. Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff along with their co-actors (Manushi Chhillar, Sonakshi Sinha, and Janhvi Kapoor) have left an impression on the audience. And Ajay Devgan has done the same by hitting 'Maidaan'. Ajay Devgan, Boney Kapoor, and Amit Sharma's film 'Maidan' is a realistic biographical film based on the life of football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. The film is being liked by the audience in the same way as Vashu Bhagnani and Ali Abbas Zafar's film 'Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan' which has a comedy flavor has fully met the wishes of the audience.

In our country, Diwali, Eid, and Christmas are such festivals when theaters are booked a year in advance. Film stars consider these days lucky for themselves. Shahrukh likes Diwali, Salman likes Eid and Akshay Kumar likes Christmas. Last year 2023 was a blockbuster for Shah Rukh Khan. His three films 'Pathan', 'Jawaan' and 'Dunki' achieved success. Due to COVID-19, the schedule of films got disturbed in such a way that it has not been managed till now. Salman Khan's film was not ready for any release on this Eid, hence could not come. Akshay Kumar's film, which was scheduled for Christmas release in December, has now been released on Eid. It is good that 'Bade Miyan...' and 'Maidan' are getting the initial liking of the audience and our festivals have been able to maintain their importance.
