Recently, actors Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa came to Delhi for the promotions of their upcoming movie Kudi Haryane Val Di. The event was held at Le Meridian Hotel, New Delhi. It is all set for release on the 14th of June, 2024!
Punjabi-Haryanvi Film with Ammy Virk & Sonam Bajwa Targets National Audience
This is the first time that a Punjabi film is having two titles, Punjabi and Haryanvi, and eyeing the national market space beyond the loyal Punjabi audiences. This film is looking to target all audiences across India with its super strong Punjabi and Haryanvi cast of Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa who plays a Haryanvi Jaatni for the first time in her career, Bollywood legend Yashpal Sharma, Punjabi icon Yograj Singh and Haryanvi superstar Ajay Hooda!!

The film is set in the backdrop of wrestling and is shot 90% in Harayane with 50% of the film being in Hindi/Haranyvi. The film is being billed as Punjabi cinema's first potentially pan india film with cinemagoers excited all across India to see this comedy, romance, mad entertainer.
Sonam Bajwa who is a national crush and number 1 Punjabi actress, is speaking Haryanvi for the first time in her career and this has raised the curiousity of her fans worldwide and they can’t wait to see her bring her vivacious spunk into a new character.
Kudi Haryane Val Di is directed by Rakesh Dhawan, the writer of the blockbuster films Honsla Rakh and Chal Mera Putt, and produced by Pawan Gill, Aman Gill, Sunny Gill the producers of blockbuster Punjabi films Shadaa and Puaada under their banner Ramara films.
