Continuing his talk, Anurag Kashyap said, "I met him (Sandeep) and I liked him. I like the guy. I also had some questions in my mind and I wanted to talk to him about his film (Animal) and I invited him and I had a five-hour long conversation with him and I liked the guy... I always believe in talking to people. After Dev D (2009), I was written off by a lot of people for making an 'anti-women' film. I have often seen people isolating someone, attacking someone and that is not right."
