But Atlee Kumar, one of the most well-known figures in Indian cinema, has carved out a unique position for himself. During his brief career, Atlee has emerged as one of the most sought-after filmmakers in the Indian film business. Atlee’s Journey: From Shankar’s Protege to ‘Raja Rani’ Success Atlee gained experience in the early stages of his career working with filmmaker Shankar, where he was exposed to the subtleties of filmmaking, such as the value of strong storytelling, technical mastery, and big visual spectacle. After directing "Raja Rani" in 2013, Atlee became known as a new director in Indian cinema because of the film's critical and commercial success.
