Chichi taught me the value of never giving up: Somy Ali shares a heartwarming post for Govinda

Somy Ali left her shining and bright career in Bollywood in 1997 due to a traumatizing relationship. However, in the seven years that she spent in Mumbai, she created memories not just for herself but for her co-stars too and made a bond that continues even today. Fondly remembering one of her treasured co-stars, she recently posted a collage with Govinda on her Instagram handle and revealed that he was always very down-to-earth and very supportive of her. Her Instagram post read, "There aren’t enough words to describe Chichi’s (Govinda) talent. But I can tell you about his humility: Given we shared the same manager, he made it a point to come and meet me for lunch. I liked to sit on the floor and eat daal/chawal (lentils/rice) in my room watching a movie. When Chichi came to my place and noticed that the house help had served the food in my room on the floor, I advised her to bring it to the dining table, and immediately Chichi said that he preferred to sit on the floor and eat with his hands like I did. I told him I saw 'Love 86' when I was a kid on VHS (Google it) and how much I enjoyed his performance.
