Explained  Rahman-Sir, "This unconventional yet commercial movie came through producer Luv Ranjan and then director G.Ashok narrated me the story. He had a lot of confidence, and he had a style of explaining everything - So, I gave him 3-4 options ideas (Ufff Yeh Siyapaa A.R. Rahman), recorded and also gave him a couple of songs. Then I saw the movie and composed a few more songs. Some of the bits were frame-to-frame sync some of them are more generic- So, the combination of many kinds of styles and ideas and treatment together to keep audience-engaged throughout the film. This film is similar to iconic Kamal Haasan-starrer  'Pushpak’ ! It's a composer's creative challenge dream to get a movie with only scores and no dialogues, so I grabbed it- 'Let me do this'".

"Ufff Yeh Siyapaa" is a unique comedy of errors in which Kesari Lal Singh (Sohum Shah), a sheepish common man, finds himself entangled in a spiraling mess when his wife, Pushpa (Nushrratt Bharuccha), leaves him - convinced he’s been flirting with their neighbor, Kamini (Nora Fatehi). He hasn’t. But before he can clear his name, a wrongly delivered drug parcel sets off a chain of escalating disasters, the worst of which is a dead body turning up in his home. As Kesari scrambles to fix the situation, another corpse appears - turning his house into a full-blown crime scene.

Written and directed by G. Ashok, "Ufff Yeh Siyapaa" is set for a theatrical release on September 5th. Speaking about the project recently on her social media, Nora expressed her excitement, stating, “I woke up to the announcement of 'UFF', a film that I worked on almost (Ufff Yeh Siyapaa Sohum Shah lead) towards the end of the pandemic. So it's been a while. And it's an interesting film. It definitely is. I'm actually excited to see how it's come out because when we shot it, we shot it with no dialogues. So it's a very highly expressive film. And it's got an incredible cast, some really great actors.” She further added, “I had a good time shooting it. It’s a funny film. And you know me in comedy. I’m really into it right now. And I have a very cool role as Kaamini in the awesome film. I need to see it because I’m super excited. Now, adding a striking new layer to its sonic landscape is its second track, Tamancha.

 Speaking about the track, A.R. Rahman shared, “In a film that doesn’t use dialogue, the music can’t just be background, it has to step forward and speak. With Tamancha it was about striking a very careful balance of (Ufff Yeh Siyapaa dark comedy thriller), holding back while still keeping an edge. Rhythm drives the emotion of the song.”
