I was attached to the place where I used to work daily. The gym is doing very well. People over here love the daily workout. And we have a strong community that keeps on expanding,” he says. It’s important to have our system to be active and not to keep static. Fit is for me a need. Routine is my key. Sleep, train, eat, repeat is how I work. I place work in between all this. As for my other work, I don’t multitask, I try to work well with the team we got in place.
