French hair and make-up artist Florian Hurel says that people love to come and workout at his gym Flofitbox. He adds that they have quite a strong community there.

“I initiated the talk amongst the team and we decided to move since every second gym was shutting down due to Covid. I was attached to the place where I used to work daily. The gym is doing very well. People over here love the daily workout. And we have a strong community that keeps on expanding,” he says.

Talking about choosing Bandra, Mumbai, as the location, he says, “Bandra is one of the most happening places in Mumbai. Active people, want to eat healthy and train once a day. Our form of workout does meet the crowd's needs.”

Florian is a fitness enthusiast and says that keeping fit is essential today. “Everyone should be active and keep moving. It’s important to have our system to be active and not to keep static. Fit is for me a need. Routine is my key. Sleep, train, eat, repeat is how I work. I place work in between all this. As for my other work, I don’t multitask, I try to work well with the team we got in place. They are all responsible and working very hard.”
