The second reason is to use his name at the commercial level. At the commercial level, it is wrong to make money by using the name of a celebrity because only those whose name is being used have the right to do so.

Keeping in view the problems of celebrities, the Government of India has introduced many personality rights so that they can protect their personal qualities.
