What is the film’s story?

The story of Tere Ishk Mein revolves around Shankar and Mukti. Shankar, played by Dhanush, is a passionate student leader, while Mukti, played by Kriti Sanon, is a psychology student. Mukti recruits Shankar to work on her thesis related to controlling male anger. During this time, Shankar falls in love with her, but Mukti takes advantage of his feelings. Later, Shankar joins the Indian Air Force, and his past comes back to confront him, giving the story a new twist.
