Along with Aamir, Junayd, and Khushi, comedian Kiku Sharda, actor Ashutosh Rana, and director Advait Chandan, along with the rest of the film's star cast, were also present at the event. The Stars at the Event Talking about the looks at the trailer launch, Aamir Khan was seen in a casual outfit, while Junaid kept it simple in a black T-shirt, blue jeans, and an olive-green jacket. Khushi Kapoor stole the spotlight in a stunning red dress, captivating everyone with her charm. Interestingly, the Loveyapa trailer was launched at the same theater where Aamir Khan's film Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak had its premiere, the New Excelsior Mukta A2 Cinema in Fort Churchgate, Mumbai. Aamir Khan"s Remarks Aamir Khan, who began his career in 1988, shared his excitement about his son Junaid entering the film industry with Loveyapa. He expressed, "I really enjoyed the film. It's very entertaining. The movie beautifully showcases how our lives have changed with the advent of cellphones and the strange things that happen because of them. All the actors did a fantastic job." Aamir also shared his experience with Junaid, saying, "When Junaid told me he wanted to act, I was like, 'Okay!' I"m quite a shy person, and Junaid is similar in that regard." During a media interaction, Aamir spoke about the bond he shares with Junaid. He mentioned, "I am always there for Junaid, just like I am at home. He hasn"t come to me with any scripts yet, unlike other star kids who often seek my advice. I think it"s good that he makes his own decisions about what he wants to do." Remembering Sridevi Aamir Khan also fondly remembered Sridevi, whom he greatly admired for her acting. "She was a true artist," he said, adding that he always dreamed of working with her, but sadly, that never came true. "When I saw Khushi in Loveyapa, I felt like I was watching Sridevi. Wherever she is, I"m sure she"s proud of Khushi." Khushi, visibly emotional, thanked Aamir for his kind words. Junaid's Thoughts Junaid spoke about Loveyapa, stating, "This is a very different role for me, unlike Maharaj. It was a challenge as an actor, and I"m excited for my first theatrical release." He also shared that he chose to work on this film because Phantom Studios has made some excellent movies, including Udta Punjab. Khushi's Take Khushi Kapoor admitted to being nervous initially but said she received immense support from everyone. Reflecting on relationships, she said, "A perfect relationship is where you understand each other, regardless of gender." The entire star cast engaged in a discussion about the concept of modern-day relationships. Aamir Khan emphasized that the ideal partner is someone with whom you can speak freely without hesitation. Ashutosh Rana on Relationships Ashutosh Rana, who plays a significant role in the film, shared his thoughts on relationships, saying, "A perfect relationship is one where you can speak your truth. Love cannot walk alone; it needs the crutch of respect. If you don"t respect the person you love, your relationship won"t last long." He further added, "I believe love isn"t about change, it"s about growth." Loveyapa marks the second film for both Junaid and Khushi. Junaid made his OTT debut with Maharaj in 2024, while Khushi was seen in The Archies on Netflix in 2023. The film is a romantic drama and is a Hindi remake of the 2022 Tamil film "Love Today". Produced by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment, Loveyapa is set to release in theaters on February 7, 2025.
