The first look of her upcoming film 'The Bluff' has been released, and it is quite clear from the look that this time Priyanka will be seen in a completely different avatar.  She plays a mother in this film, who is ready to go to any extent to protect her family. She is also a dangerous pirate,  who is known as Bloody Mary.

Priyanka shared some stills from the film on her social media, in which she is seen fencing. In one picture, she is seen performing a fierce fight scene with Hollywood star Karl Urban. In another photo, she is seen speaking into a microphone at a gathering with her family. In some pictures, she appears as a terrifying pirate standing on a ship, while in one photo, her face is covered in blood, and she is pointing a pistol at someone. Along with these pictures, Priyanka wrote, “Mother. Protector. Pirate. Meet Bloody Mary. 'The Bluff' February 25, 2026, only on Prime Video.”

'The Bluff' is a pirate adventure film, set in the late nineteenth century. In this film, Priyanka plays the character of a woman named Arselle Boden, who was once a fearsome pirate. She leaves her violent past behind and settles on a peaceful island. There, she builds a family and becomes a respected member of society. But her old criminal gang comes after her because she had stolen their gold at some point in the past. Worried by all this turmoil, she has to become Bloody Mary again to protect her family.

The special thing about this film is that it will portray the lives of pirates not with glamour, but with realism. Priyanka said in an interview that she did not even know that there were female pirates in real life who captained their own ships. She said that piracy in that era was very frightening, bloody, and ruthless. It was not the glitz and glamour of Disney films. This is why the role was very challenging for her.
