The grand celebration of Durga Puja in Mumbai has always been a special attraction for film stars and audiences alike. The North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja Pandal is renowned every year for its vibrancy and grandeur. This year, on Saptami (September 29), the pandal was illuminated with devotion, faith, and the sparkle of Bollywood stars. The occasion saw actress cousins Kajol (Kajol) and Rani Mukerji (Rani Mukerji), veteran actress Jaya Bachchan (Jaya Bachchan), along with Tanishaa Mukerji (Tanishaa Mukerji), Sharbani Mukerji (Sharbani Mukerji), and director Ayan Mukerji (Ayan Mukerji), participating in the rituals and paying their respects to Goddess Durga.

Bollywood actress Kajol looked stunning in a beautiful white, yellow, and pink saree, exuding elegance throughout the Puja festivities.

Jaya Bachchan and Kajol’s Emotional Reunion
The highlight of the pandal was the emotional meeting between Jaya Bachchan and Kajol. They hugged each other warmly and shared a long conversation. Jaya Bachchan looked radiant in a golden and beige saree and seemed genuinely happy. For context, Jaya and Kajol had earlier co-starred in Karan Johar’s film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham (2001).
Tanishaa Mukerji (Tanishaa Mukerji)
Actress and Kajol’s cousin Tanishaa Mukerji looked graceful in a green saree for the event.
