Society Achievers hosted a celebratory evening in Bandra West. The occasion was the resounding success of the August 2025 issue which featured 'ek duuje ke lye' cricket legend and M.P. Harbhajan Singh and his glam-actress wife Geeta Basra on the cover.as the 'Power Celeb Couple'

Founder and Director of Magnate Publishing Ashok Dhamankar, editor Andrea CostaBir and Team Magnate welcomed guests and set the tone for the evening. Speaking on the milestone Ashok Dhamankar said “The overwhelming response from readers has been heartening and tonight’s celebration is a reflection of the love Society Achievers continues to receive.”

The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the issue by cricket legend Harbhajan Singh and star actress-model Geeta Basra who were greeted with warm applause. The slim and trim rejuvenated glam-actress Geeta Basra shared “Being part of Society Achievers is special because the magazine celebrates journeys as much as it does success. It is an honour to be on its cover at such an important moment in my life and career. During a friendly nok-jhok-banter Geeta candidly shared with the invitees and news-media that her lovable husband Bhajji ( Harbhajan) was  quite forgetful and absent-minded by nature and would tend to forget names of his senior staff and house-helps and forget where he has kept his diary or alarm clock or even forgets his daily-schedules !  

Harbhajan Singh’s Funny Take on Geeta Basra

The sentimental and God-fearing devotional Harbhajan Singh who is emotionally attached his young daughter Hinaya Heer and his son Jovan Veer and loves it when they read about him or watch him on outdoor hoardings responded jokingly by saying that " that was the reason why he plays safe and preferred to call his wife Geeta as  "Madam" at home, lest he forget her name.

Harbhajan later added that  “Society Achievers is a platform that recognises achievers from every walk of life. Being featured in its pages is a privilege and being part of tonight’s celebration makes it even more memorable.”

Society Achievers Celebration Lights Up with Star Guests

The gathering was graced by philanthropist Neeti Goel, jewellery designer Poonam Soni, producer Divya Bhatnagar of Geeta Basra’s latest released superhit Punjabi film Mehar, directed by Rakesh Mehta, also  Siddhant Gill,(of Naarad PR), entrepreneur Jyoti Gupta, and Sanjay Vaidh. All the distinguished guests were felicitated during the evening which added warmth and sparkle to the celebration.

As the night drew to a close the success of the August issue stood as a reminder of what Society Achievers has always represented. It continues to be a chronicle of dreams and determination bringing together stars, visionaries and change-makers in a way that is both inspiring and unforgettable.
